Ingredients/Components

• butter - 2 Tbsp
• large onion, chopped - 1 item
• garlic pepper - 1 tsp
• oregano leaves - 1/4 tsp
• large tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
• zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick - 1 lb

How to make zucchini saute:

Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute the zucchini and onions until tender. Add the last 4 ingredients, cover and saute for 5 more minutes.
