Ingredients/Components
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- slices bacon - 4 item
- cubed Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- zucchini, diced - 1 item
- to 4 eggs, beaten - 3 item
How to make zucchini frittata:
Cut up bacon; cook until crisp. Add chopped onion and mushrooms; cook until tender. Cover with eggs. Cook until set, stirring occasionally. Add cheese just long enough until melted.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Squash, Omelets and frittatas.
