Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- Bisquick flour - 1 c
- thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini about 4 small - 3 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix all ingredients; spread in oblong pan, greased, about 13 x 9 x 2-inch size. Heat oven to 350°. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares.Makes a nice side dish! Great finger food for parties!
