Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sliced zucchini - 6 c
- Stove Top stuffing, mixed as directed - 1 pkg
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini, onion and carrots 5 minutes and drain. Mix dressing as directed. Fold in zucchini, onion and carrots with sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Put dressing in bottom (save 1/3 for top). Place sliced chicken on top of dressing, then zucchini mixture, then dressing on top. Salt and season to taste.
