Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots. Fold in squash and onion. Combine stuffing mix and butter. Spread half stuffing mix in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Spoon vegetable mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
