  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • lemon pepper - 1 tsp
  • dried - 1 bunch
  • sliced zucchini about 4 small - 3 c
  • garlic fresh or powder - 1 tsp

How to make zucchini casserole:

Place zucchini in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Beat eggs; add oil. Mix dry ingredients and add egg mixture. Stir well. Pour over zucchini. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
