- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 to
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- dried - 1 bunch
- sliced zucchini about 4 small - 3 c
- garlic fresh or powder - 1 tsp
How to make zucchini casserole:
Place zucchini in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Beat eggs; add oil. Mix dry ingredients and add egg mixture. Stir well. Pour over zucchini.
