Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • mild Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • cans roasted, peeled green chilies, drain and reserve juice - 2 oz
  • chili juice - 1 Tbsp

How to make mexican quiche:

Line a 9-inch pie pan with chilies. Top with cheese. Mix milk, chili juice and egg. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cut into wedges. Serve hot.
