Mexican quiche
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- mild Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- cans roasted, peeled green chilies, drain and reserve juice - 2 oz
- chili juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make mexican quiche:
Line a 9-inch pie pan with chilies. Top with cheese. Mix milk, chili juice and egg. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cut into wedges. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Main dish.
