Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- large zucchini, sliced - 1 item
- sliced raw tomatoes - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Layer zucchini, onion and tomatoes. Top with sour cream. Layer zucchini, onion and tomatoes. Mix bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle on top. Spread with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Can also layer with hamburger. Fry hamburger first until it loses its redness.
