Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- cheese - 1/4 lb
- basil - 1 tsp
- zucchini, sliced - 3/4 lb
- slices white bread - 4 item
- tomatoes - 1 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Salt zucchini; let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse and drain. Butter a 4-quart dish. Layer 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 tomatoes, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 bread. Start again. Bake until zucchini is tender, about 45 minutes, at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
