Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- each: salt and garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, finely cut - 1 item
- shredded, unpeeled zucchini - 3 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix together. Optional additions: corn and ham, green peppers or mushrooms. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes (done when knife stuck in middle comes out clean).Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
