- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 clove
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- zucchini unpeeled, sliced thin - 3 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients, zucchini last. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (golden brown).Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
