Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped carrots - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- cubed zucchini - 4 c
- seasoned croutons
How to make zucchini casserole:
Saute butter, carrots, onion and zucchini until tender. Pour into baking dish. Add mushroom soup and sour cream and mix. Top with buttered croutons and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
