Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cheese - 1/2 c
- zucchini, peeled and cut in chunks - 4 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Boil zucchini 5 minutes. Cut cheese; put over zucchini in baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over all the bread crumbs. Make sauce with remaining ingredients. Put over top of zucchini. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
