- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cheese
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes, cut in rounds - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Layer potatoes, onions, cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Add milk. Layer into 2 layers. Put remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
