- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium zucchini, sliced - 2 item
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- hamburg - 1 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
In 3-quart casserole layer sliced zucchini, then brown hamburg and chopped onion and put half of this over sliced zucchini. Layer 1 cup shredded cheese, then remaining hamburg, then 1 cup shredded cheese. Pour cream of mushroom soup over all and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
