Broccoli puff
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion optional - 1 tsp
How to make broccoli puff:
Cook broccoli as directed, omitting salt. Drain and place in baking dish. Gradually add milk, onion, mayonnaise and beaten egg to soup, stirring until well blended. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; spRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Cheese.
