Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt
- chopped onions - 1 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- cooked rice
- shredded sharp cheese - 1 c
- hot or mild sausage - 1 lb
- zucchini, cubed small - 5 c
- clove garlic, diced small - 1 item
- to 3 tomatoes, chopped or cubed - 2 item
- oregano and paprika - 1/2 tsp
How to make zucchini casserole:
Saut?© the first 4 ingredients in pan. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, rice, cheese and seasonings. Remove casing on sausage and break apart; cook down. Cool and add to vegetables.
