  • garlic salt
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • cooked rice
  • shredded sharp cheese - 1 c
  • hot or mild sausage - 1 lb
  • zucchini, cubed small - 5 c
  • clove garlic, diced small - 1 item
  • to 3 tomatoes, chopped or cubed - 2 item
  • oregano and paprika - 1/2 tsp

How to make zucchini casserole:
