Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box cream of coconut instant pudding mix - 1 item
How to make coconut cake:
Pour cake mix into large bowl. Add pudding mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into two 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with icing. Cover generously with coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
