- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- croutons - 6 cracker
- small onion - 1 item
- small zucchini - 3 item
- can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
With 1 cup water, add salt and cook onions and zucchini for 10 minutes. Layer in baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
