  • sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • chocolate pudding mix not instant - 1 pkg
  • small peanuts, salted - 1 c

How to make chocolate peanut clusters:

Combine all but nuts in saucepan. Bring to a full boil on high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add peanuts; beat until thickened. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Makes 15 to 20 pieces.
