Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- chopped maraschino cherries - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add and blend well the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in 3 greased and floured 1 pound coffee cans 3/4 full.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
