Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- sugar - 2 2
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Blend well. Stir in grated zucchini. Sift flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Blend with creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Turn into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pans. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
