  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins optional - 1 c
  • and 2 Tbsp - 3 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs well. Add oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift or mix dry ingredients together; add to mixture. Add zucchini and nuts. Bake at 325° in loaf pans for one hour.
