  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • zucchini, raw, unpeeled, grated and squeezed out - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all the ingredients. Put into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
