  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs until light; add sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 60 to 65 minutes at 325° until done.
