Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix sugar, oil, eggs, zucchini and vanilla with a mixer. Fold remaining ingredients, except nuts, into mix. Mix well and add nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
