Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- whole wheat flour - 3 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until light and foamy; add oil, brown sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and nutmeg together. Add to batter with nuts and mix well. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a tester comes out dry and clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
