Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- zucchini, grated - 2 c
- nuts and/or raisins - 1 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Sift flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt together. Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together. Add to dry ingredients along with the sour cream and zucchini. Add nuts and/or raisins. Bake in two greased loaf pans for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
