Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla and lemon. Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Add to other mixture. Mix until well blended. Pour into 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour until bread is done when tested.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
