Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• zucchini, peeled and grated - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Cream together sugar, oil and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Add zucchini. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to mixture and mix well. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured pans at 350° until done, approximately 1 hour, depending on size pans.
