  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • nuts pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
  • peeled and grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix the sugar, eggs, oil, zucchini and vanilla together, then add the flour, nuts, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour. You can freeze the fresh zucchini and also you can freeze the bread.
