Zucchini bread



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- peeled and grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly, but well. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Add flour mixture to first mixture and blend. Bakes in 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour or bake in a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam in microwave for 14 to 16 minutes on high.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
