Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- zucchini, grated - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini (grated) and mix well. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix well. Combine the two mixtures and add nuts. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Yields 2 loaves.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
