Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• oil - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• shredded or chopped zucchini - 2 c
• plain flour - 3 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
• chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
• Add remaining ingredients
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• melted butter or milk

How to make zucchini bread:

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or 1 hour and 10 minutes.Icing:1/2 to 1 box 10x sugar8 oz. cream cheese Tbsp. melted butter or milk Add butter or milk a little at a time until right spreading consistency.
