Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• grated zucchini, unpeeled - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Mix together flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder. Then add vanilla, zucchini and nuts. Divide into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325° approximately 60 minutes.
