  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • ground cloves - 1 tsp
  • Bake in a well-greased tube pan or 3 cake pans

How to make pumpkin cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a well-greased tube pan or 3 cake pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Icing:1 stick oleo, at room temperature1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature1 lb. powdered sugar1 c. nuts1 tsp. vanilla Cream together and add nuts.
