Coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp

How to make coffee cake:

Mix ingredients as you would for a cake; sprinkle top with dots of butter. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar together and sprinkle over dough. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Drizzle confectioners glaze over all when cool. Nuts may be added on top of glaze. Serve warm with hot coffee.
