Zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- oil or 1 stick margarine and 1/2 c - 1 c
- ground or grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Add sugar, cinnamon and salt to beaten eggs and mix well. Add oil. Combine baking soda, baking powder and flour and add to mixture. Fold in zucchini, nuts and vanilla. Divide batter into 2 (9-inch) loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Will freeze indefinitely.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
