Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- zucchini, grated - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until frothy; add sugar, oil and beat until thick and lemon color. Add zucchini; sift and add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans (8 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch). Bake at 350° for 1 hour 10 minutes. Invert and keep in pan until cool.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
