Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• chopped walnuts - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c
• can pineapple - 1 1/2

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir in the rest; blend well. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Makes 1 (10-inch) tube pan or 2 loaves of bread.
