Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • walnuts - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini, peeled - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and add to first mixture. Place in two 5 x 9-inch pans or one large pan. (Should not be too thick.) Bake at 350° for about one hour.
