  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • flour
  • soda
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • Add flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and vanilla

How to make zucchini bars:

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and vanilla. Add raisins, nuts and zucchini last. Spread into jellyroll pan, greased. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool before frosting.Frosting:1/2 c. margarine3 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla2 1/2 c. powdered sugar Blend frosting ingredients.
