Overnight breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- beaten eggs - 6 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- dried mustard - 1/3 tsp
- slices bread, toasted - 8 item
- sausage bacon or ham can be substituted - 1 lb
How to make overnight breakfast casserole:
Use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place cubed bread on bottom of pan. Brown meat, put on bread. Beat eggs. Add seasonings and milk, pour over meat and bread. Add mushroom soup. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Breakfast, Casseroles.
