Zucchini au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- chopped chives - 1 Tbsp
- egg yolks, well beaten - 2 item
- bread or corn flake crumbs - 1 item
- zucchini approximately 1 per person
How to make zucchini au gratin:
Slice zucchini and cook until barely tender. Mix sour cream, margarine, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in saucepan over low heat until all melted. Add yolks and chives, then pour over zucchini in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover with crumbs and more Parmesan cheese. Brown 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Vegetarian.
