- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- small onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- thinly sliced zucchini - 4 c
- shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- small tomatoes, peeled and sliced - 2 item
How to make zucchini au gratin:
Heat butter or margarine in a heavy skillet over high heat. Add zucchini, onions, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add cheese; heat until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Vegetarian.
