  • large eggs - 3 item
  • biscuit mix - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 4 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in pan. Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
