- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding
- coconut and nuts - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained large - 1 item
How to make aloha cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed, using pineapple juice instead of water. Bake on 17 x 11 1/2 x 1-inch cookie sheet or 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine pudding, cream cheese and 1 cup milk. Blend together and spread over cake. Spread drained pineapple and spread on cake. Frost with Cool Whip.
