Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 item
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- sour milk - 1 c
How to make crumb cake:
Mix first 5 ingredients and take out 1 cup heaping full and add chopped pecans. Then add eggs, sour milk and baking soda, mixed with a little flour. Add to the first mixture and place in 10 x 10-inch square pan and then spread the 1 cup of dry mixture over the top, pressing lightly into it so it stays in place after baking.Recipe categories: Egg, Breads, Coffee cakes.
