Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• shredded coconut - 1 c
• margarine - 3/4 c
• finely chopped walnuts - 1 c
• white sugar - 1/4 c
• ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• ground allspice - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla or almond extract - 1 tsp
• shredded zucchini, peeled - 2 c
• Bake 35 minutes

How to make zucchini squares:

Mix all ingredients in a 15 x 13-inch cookie sheet, greased. Bake 35 minutes. Cool and frost.Frosting:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1/4 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract1/2 tsp. ground allspice1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg Beat until smooth.
