Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • small unpared zucchini - 4 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Split zucchini lengthwise and slice thinly. Mix all ingredients. Spread in greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake until golden brown at 350° about 40 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot.
